Koor, alias Charles Hargrove, born in New York in 1963, is a pure product of South Bronx. Before plunging into "Graffiti Art" he studied architecture and graphic design. At 16 years of age, leaving walls for canvass, he exhibited at Fashion Moda, the first gallery to show an interest in artists from the Bronx; from there he moved across to East Village and the arts scene in Soho.
