Giuseppe Pirozzi was born in Naples in 1934 where he lives and works. He attended the Course of Sculpture at the Fine Academy Arts in Naples in 1954, where he later became teacher of Ornamental Plastic. There he began his artistic and expositive career with works of sculpture and graphic. Since the beginning of 1960s he held more than 60 solo-exhibitions, in Italy and abroad. His sculptures are shown in several private and public art collections. He also realized monumental bronzes which can be seen in many places around the world as public works of art. His artistic activity appears in many books on contemporary art and history of arts. Since 2000 he is named Academic Sculptor by the National Academy of San Luca in Rome.
